Self-Evaluation form. I had a look at some "templates" written by
others just before I started to fill it. "Under the leadership of the
Community Party of China, I'm always disciplining myself strictly...",
"I have overcome my mental handicaps one by one...". Words like that
really make me sick. So I threw them out of my sight, and began to
write my own feelings.
At first I summarized what most I had got from university. Then I
mentioned teachers and professors who helped me a lot. After all of
that, I expressed my longing for my devotion to the society.
But I found that I forgot to say something about soccer - almost the
only sport I participated. And it had made me so happy. So I wrote the
following words at the end:
"At last, I must appreciate the sports facilities supplied by the
university, especially football fields. I love playing football, and
it did meet my satisfaction playing it during the last four years. My
sincere thanks to the artificial turfs of East Zone."
I don't know how the teacher would react after reading those words.
However, maybe nobody cares what you fills in that formal form. But
wait! After all, it is my true life and feelings.
